This directory is intended to help the general public find people with expertise in various aspects of historic preservation, be it planning, design, development, financing, tax credits, National Register nominations or accounting as well as museums, venues and other preservation or history-related organizations. Full listings are made up of major donors to our organization and are intended to recognize these people and companies for their generosity to the cause of historic preservation in Missouri. Partial listings are individuals or companies that have given in the past or have affiliated with past-recognized projects, etc. It is NOT AN ENDORSEMENT of any of the companies or individuals mentioned.

St. Louis Design Alliance
Biography
St. Louis Design Alliance was incorporated in 1977 and has been under present ownership since 1982. Our experienced professional staff is composed exclusively of individuals holding architectural degrees. In order to maintain continuity and consistency all projects are assigned to one of our teams in the office from start to finish. The size and depth of our staff allows us to maintain production schedules even on substantial projects but without the cumbersome management layers typically associated with larger firms.
Since the 1980’s our client’s projects have frequently taken us outside of the St. Louis metro to locations throughout the United States. We are presently registered in more than fourteen states across the country. We are proud that our resume includes a long-term relationship with several clients.
We provide a full range of architectural services.
In addition we offer interior design services as well as extensive help in programming, master planning, and basic financial feasibility analysis for your project.

We employ several different engineering consultants in order to match their expertise and workload to your project for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services.
To provide critical cost control for a project we often recommend the early involvement of a contractor as part of the project team in order to get current costs in the marketplace.
Through our website, using a password protected feature, our clients can access the latest information regarding their project to check out both drawings and documents.
