The City of Warrensburg desires to contract with a qualified consultant who meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications for an architectural historian to develop Historic Preservation Design Guidelines for Commercial Buildings. The City of Jefferson will hire an architectural historian (herein referred to as “consultant”) who meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications to conduct a reconnaissance level architectural survey of the Jefferson Heights, Wolfss, Carlin’s Addition, and High Point Place subdivisions. The approximately 63-acre survey area is a residential area that includes approximately 180 primary properties. Exhibit 1 contains a map of the survey area.
