The City of Jefferson will hire an architectural historian (herein referred to as “consultant”) who meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications to conduct a reconnaissance level architectural survey of the Jefferson Heights, Wolfss, Carlin’s Addition, and High Point Place subdivisions. The approximately 63-acre survey area is a residential area that includes approximately 180 primary properties. Exhibit 1 contains a map of the survey area.
