Description	Sealed bids for REASSEMBLY OF THE ESSEN LOG CABIN will be received by the City of Wildwood, Department of Planning and Parks, 16860 Main Street, Wildwood, Missouri, 63040, until 10:30 A.M. CST, on TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2025, in the Community Room at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The 10:30 A.M. CST cutoff time for acceptance of sealed bid documents is determined by the Department of Planning and Parks, not that of the bidder.

A second Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 3:00-5:00 p.m.  It will begin with a Q&A in the Community Room of Wildwood City Hall and conclude with a visit to the stored materials for the project.  The Q&A will be held virtually as well via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87270376464 (Webinar ID: 872 7037 6464).
