AIA St. Louis — CES – Generational Alchemy

October 8 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Generational Alchemy – Turning Age Diversity into Organizational Gold

Today’s workforce is shaped by two concurrent trends: an increase in seasoned professionals contributing deep expertise as careers extend longer, and the digital fluency younger employees bring to rapidly evolving technologies.

In this interactive session, we’ll examine each generation’s unique strengths and shared aspirations that form the ‘elements’ of Generational Alchemy. This framework provides a lens through which we’ll explore practical strategies for bridging generational differences, fostering a more cohesive workplace culture, and transforming diverse perspectives into powerful catalysts for innovation and growth.
