| Description | The City of Park Hills, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified architectural historians to conduct a reconnaissance level architectural survey of our Downtown area. This project is funded through a Historic Preservation Fund grant. Project Overview: – Survey area: Approximately 42.8 acres – Number of primary properties: Approximately 85 – Project timeline: February 15, 2024 – September 2, 2025 Qualifications: Consultants must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for an architectural historian. Scope of Work: The selected consultant will: 1. Conduct a reconnaissance level survey following State Historic Preservation Office standards 2. Complete Missouri Architectural/Historic Inventory forms for each property 3. Provide digital color photographs of surveyed properties 4. Create a boundary map 5. Prepare a final survey report 6.
