Milhouse & Neal, LLP is a local St. Louis, MO mid-size public accounting and consulting firm specializing in strategic advisory services. Joel has consulted with real estate investors ranging from small residential landlords to premier commercial developments regarding tax credit opportunities for nearly twenty years.
